Welcome! You may have guessed it, though I will be the first to admit, my path hasn't been straight -- headed in one concrete direction. I'm not one who said, "When I get older, I want to be..." Rather, I have followed my heart, my inner voice. I decided awhile ago to trust the journey and it has led me to some amazing vistas.
By nature, I am an artist. I seek, analyze, and create. I have always been this way -- the quiet one who is taking in information and not skipping a beat. Today, I am fortunate to work in many sectors, doing a variety of work that brings me joy.
- I am a certified coach, honored to work with groups and individuals to assist them in reaching their goals, dreams and desires.
- I'm am a consultant, certified corporate trainer, and facilitator working with organizations and individuals across the country, primarily creating space for personal and organizational healing.
- I am an author of two published poetry collections, with many other pieces in journals and magazines. And, I am the founder and publisher of an international online journal, Snapdragon: A Journal of Art & Healing.
You will find out about all of those avenues in this site. But, regardless of the "title," the quality of engagement and energy I bring are the same. I am committed to helping others create space in themselves and in their life for what they truly desire.
At my core, my purpose is to help others embrace wholeness. I do this through my poetry, through my facilitation, and through my coaching.
Whether it is with work, family, or community, how do we better align ourselves with who we truly are and what we're called to do? First, we have to know what that is, which often means creating the space to hear, listen, wrestle with, embrace, plan and execute. In our complex, overcrowded minds and lives, this can be challenging to do! But, we don't have to figure it out alone.
Find out more about what I do right here and how I can walk alongside you, your organization, your community to create something authentically greater.
