Nearly 30 years ago, after the sudden passing of my father, I embarked on an unimaginable journey of self-discovery and healing. Along the way, I founded The Word Project, Snapdragon: A Journal of Art & Healing, and Deeper Dive Consulting.
For decades, I've had the privilege of working with countless individuals through 1:1 coaching and group workshops, as well as partnering with companies and nonprofits of all sizes to assist leaders and teams on their quest for healthier relationships, communication, and alignment.
