In addition to poetry, I am a student of Tantra -- the philosophy of liberation. In the West, Tantra is often thought of as a sexual practice when really it is a way of thinking about the world that invites non-dualism and deepened intentionality.
I offer talks and my FLOW program for women to fall more into themselves in order to live from a more rooted, embodied presence.
My combination of creative expression and self-awareness is one element that sets what I offer apart.
