As women, we enter many rooms.

The boardroom. The bedroom. The kitchen. The nursery. The classroom. The hospital room.

There are rooms we work hard to enter. Rooms we're expected to occupy. Rooms we love. Rooms we've outgrown. Rooms we weren't invited into but wanted to be. And rooms we carry with us long after we've left.

As a coach who works mostly with women, I hear often the struggle of going in between all the spaces. As a woman myself, I've been there, too. That's why I'm offering The Rooms We Enter
--a series of videos and conversations for women exploring these rooms—and what they might reveal about our lives.

Through the words of women writers and thinkers, our own writing, conversation, reflection, and silence, we'll enter one room one week at a time.

You don't have to be a writer. You don't need anything to fix. This is about breathing our way through, becoming, and belonging.

Come curious. Leave full.
Who is This For?

This is for the woman who is navigating a career change, children growing up, a relationship changing, grief or loss, aging, creative restlessness, a dream she can't quite name, or simply the realization that the life she's been living doesn't fully reflect the woman she's becoming. And she's tired.

And importantly, she doesn't need another strategy. She may have spent plenty of time and energy asking: What should I do next?

The Rooms invites a different inquiry: What is happening within me right now?

That's where these five rooms make beautiful sense.

Desire asks: What do I actually want?
Grief asks: What am I being asked to release or mourn?
Creativity asks: What wants to come through me?
Belonging asks: Where—and with whom—do I feel most like myself?
Becoming asks: Who am I becoming now?

The writing she'll be guided to do isn't incidental. Writing is how she listens.

She's not coming primarily to become a better writer. She's using the page to hear herself beneath all the roles, expectations, obligations, fears, and noise.

The Rooms Are Opening
and They Are For You!

Join me at no cost!

Sunday, Sept. 17,
I will host a free, live opening gathering, "The Threshold," where I will introduce The Rooms We Enter, talk about why certain seasons of our lives ask us to enter different interior rooms, offer a small writing/reflection experience, and invite people into the full journey. You're welcome to come for free even if you choose not to join for the full experience!

Want the fuller experience?

After The Threshold, you're invited to join The Rooms We Enter which includes a self-paced collection of beautifully simple video reflections from me where I will share words from women writers as well as myself around Desire, Grief, Creativity & Healing, Joy, and Rest.

You'll receive:
  • The weekly videos mentioned above, available until Dec. 31, 2026.
  • Writing & reflection invitations for you to go deeper on your own time.
  • An invitation to take part of the live Closing Room — part reflection, part coaching/Q&A, part communal witnessing. Where you can share what surfaced over the weeks, ask questions, and/or read something you wrote in one of the rooms, if you wish. This will be a time for celebration and simply being together.

But that's not all...
For those who want additional tools and support. For those who want to stay around for more reflection, processing, integration the "Stay Longer VIP" package is for you!

You will receive everything above +
  • A digital workbook to record your journey and keep for further inspiration.
  • Lifetime access to the video library.
  • A private 60-minute 1:1 coaching session with me.
  • An additional written/voice-note prompt after our 1:1 as a reflection to keep.
(limited spaces available)

You don't have to figure out what's next. You may need a quiet place to hear what's already emerging.
