I've been journaling for decades! At first, it was to record my daily habits. Then, it was to share my frustrations and heartaches. Now, I use it mostly as a way to ground myself, and I want to teach you some of the methods I've learned as we head into 2025.

To get the most out of this experience, it's important that you care for yourself by coming with:
A willingness and a desire to be in stillness in order to reflect
A willingness to trust the process
A willingness to be open and honest (with yourself)
A willingness to allow yourself grace and freedom from judgement
Practically speaking, you'll need:
A stable internet connection
Time set aside with little to no distractions
Privacy or earphones
A journal/pen and paper and/or the electronic workbook I will provide (I'm going to ask you to write by hand and not keyboard, if you're able)
You may also want to have nearby:
Water and a favorite (healthy) beverage
Something that helps comfort and ground you like a warm blanket or a stone to hold
Soothing music (I will provide a playlist as well)
Even if you can't make the live session and plan to watch the recording, I would recommend the same care.
