How We Will Flow:
- Week 1 -- Welcome Call & Opening Ceremony: Here, we will take time for introductions, get the lay of our (online) land, begin our journey!
- Weeks 2, 3, 5, 6, 8: In the weekly recorded lessons, I will lead you in exercises and talks based on the week’s theme. You will be given prompts for at-home exercises to deepen your understanding and experience.
- Weeks 4 & 7: These live sessions are where I will coach you through your specific questions or concerns that have been coming up for you in the previous weeks. These calls will not be recorded as they tend to be more personal. These weeks for our coaching calls are also time for you to deepen your integration of your learnings.
- Week 9 -- Closing Ceremony: We will close with a ceremony to honor your process and learning, and look ahead to what is next. It will be a celebration!
A link to the secured portal for the weekly video lessons will be sent to your email box on Saturday mornings. Live coaching calls will happen every three weeks on Saturday mornings (EST). You will have an opportunity to submit your question for coaching ahead of time, but you can also ask a question that comes up for you during the call.
The program includes a fillable workbook you will use in support of the recorded sessions. You will have work to do outside of class as well so that you’re processing and incorporating the learnings at a deeper level.

What I have heard from many is how busy their schedule is no matter how much they would prioritize a customized program like this. Therefore, I decided a hybrid would be best. I will send you a link to a video of me sharing the weekly lesson, full of teachings I have learned and practiced, every Saturday morning, along with support material! Then every 3rd week, we will come together via Zoom for live group coaching. You will be invited to submit your question ahead of time, but there will also be space to ask on the spot (no pressure). Even if you do not have a question, it would be helpful to come to the live calls to hear what's coming up for others. And, should there be no questions, I will use the time to go deeper into the work presented the previous weeks.

This is a program to inspire growth. By joining, you would be committing to keeping the space emotionally safe and confidential. FAQ
1. How will I get access to the recorded weekly lessons?
Once you register for the program, you will receive access to a member-secured page. There you will find all the materials -- the videos, the workbook, other resources to support your journey. You can sign in at any time to find what you need.
2. What exactly will happen in the recorded sessions and live coaching sessions?
Each weekly recorded session has a theme and for each session I will:
3. How much time do I need to carve out to get the most out of this experience?
The lessons are recorded to allow you time to dive into the material at your own pace. I do suggest, however, that each week you set aside:
- up to 60 mins to view the weekly calls
- 10-30 mins each morning for practices (which I will give you)
- 30-90 mins to do the journaling and other deep dives.
That's approximately 2-3 hours a week for your development.
This may sound like a lot but it doesn't have to be 3 hours at one time. Consider an hour for three days or 30 mins a day for six days. If you want to see changes in your life you will have to make small steps.
4. How will the coaching calls differ from the recorded sessions?
The two 60 min coaching calls (live via Zoom), will happen every three weeks, when I will address your specific concerns or questions that are coming up for you in your life as it pertains to what's being discussed in the recordings and materials. You will be able to submit your questions/scenario at least 12 hours ahead of time via email. You will find the email address and calendar with a reminder in the member portal. But don't worry if you aren't able to submit your question ahead of time; you will be invited to ask anything once you're on the live call.
6. Do I need to attend a coaching call if I don't have a question?
I highly encourage you to attend the coaching sessions even if you don't have a question as someone else's question may be helpful for you. We're building a community and your presence and energy provide support. Plus, these magical moments will not be recorded to review later and I have a hunch that you won't want to miss them :-).
7. What do you mean by "integration week"?
This is the same week we have our coaching calls. You won't have any new suggested practices that week. Instead, it's an opportunity to catch up on the week(s) before and/or go deeper with a practice or reflection you've been working with.
8. Will there be poetry or creative writing?
Though much of my healing work leans heavily on poetry, this offering is more expanded. There will be journaling prompts but this isn't like my other writing workshops. This is not a creative writing class or practice. You might choose to write a poem or respond to a prompt creatively if that's your process, but FLOW isn't asking that of you specifically. So, don't worry if creative writing isn't your thing :-). And if it is, you're welcome to respond in that way.
9. You mention Tantra practices. Does this mean something sexual?
It's common for us in the West to think "sex" when we hear Tantra, but that's not what it is. Tantra's two main principles are liberation and pleasure. As a Tantra teacher, I will bring in some of its philosophies around both, but I will not be leading any sexual practices or asking you to do anything of that nature.

WhatsApp is a secured, free messaging phone app that doesn't go against your data (it's great when communicating internationally). Instead of using social media, like a private Facebook group, this is where you can continue to discuss your "aha" moments or questions with one another via text. I will not be monitoring this group chat but I may pop in with reminders and nuggets of inspiration. It's completely optional to join and the registration page will ask you if you want to.
13. How long will I have access to the videos?
Naturally, I hope you will follow the course as it is outlined and view the videos each week. But regardless, we all can use a refresher from time-to-time. Therefore, you will have access to the member-secured portal for a year. That means you can review any of the material, including the videos the rest of 2025!

For close to 30 years I have been facilitating groups and working with individuals in the healing fields, and I continue to learn as I go. I am also the author of two poetry collections, and have poetry in many anthologies and magazines. I have won awards in business and creativity. Most importantly, I am passionate about women, in particularly, living their best life by first loving and honoring the unique soul God created.
