Taken what I've learned from my own journey from years as a leader in the nonprofit sector and my work as an entrepreneur, as a coach I use creativity and attentiveness to guide you to uncover your stumbling blocks, desires, and inner resources.
With coaching -- unlike therapy or mentoring -- together, you and I will explore where you want to go from where you are now, and develop a manageable plan that feels right for you. I will also gently challenge you knowing that a change in perspective helps in seeing your path clearer. and develop the faith you need in yourselves and your decisions to take the next step.
