The Living Room Within
Community & Reflection Agreements
The Living Room Within is a space for thoughtful reflection, honest exploration, and meaningful growth. In order to create a space that feels supportive, grounded, and respectful for everyone involved, participants are agreeing to the following:
1. Confidentiality & Care
What is shared within this space is treated with care and respect. Participants are welcome to share their own insights outside the space, but not the personal stories or identifying details of others. At times, portions of live conversations, reflections, teachings, or coaching moments may be recorded and used as part of future podcast episodes or creative content connected to The Living Room. Any public sharing will be approached thoughtfully and with discretion. Personal identifying details will never be intentionally shared without permission.
Participants are encouraged to use discernment around what they choose to share during recorded portions of gatherings (our private 1:1 correspondences will never be shared).
2. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being while participating in this experience. The reflections, coaching prompts, and conversations offered through The Living Room Within are intended for personal growth and self-awareness and are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support.
3. Participation Looks Different for Everyone
You are invited to engage in ways that feel honest and sustainable for you. Some participants may share openly. Others may reflect quietly, journal privately, or take time before responding. All forms of thoughtful participation are welcome. There is no expectation to perform, impress, or “have it all figured out.”
4. Respect the Space
Please approach this space with kindness, curiosity, and respect for differing experiences and perspectives. We may not always agree, but we commit to listening without shaming, attacking, diagnosing, fixing, or dismissing one another.
5. Honor Boundaries
You are encouraged to share from your own lived experience and to avoid pressuring others to disclose more than they wish. Likewise, participants are asked not to use private conversations, messages, or group interactions for solicitation, promotion, or networking unless explicitly invited.
Within the 1:1 private support, you're welcome to use the private chat feature on the free Voxer App to communicate with me between live sessions. Please be aware that I will respond with text or voice messages Mondays-Thursdays, as available.
6. Coaching Is Collaborative
The role of the coach/facilitator is to guide reflection through thoughtful questions, observations, and supportive accountability. You are the expert of your own life. The intention is not to “fix” you, but to help you hear yourself more clearly and move with greater alignment and intention.
7. Growth Requires Honesty
Transformation often asks us to sit with uncertainty, discomfort, transition, or difficult truths. Participants are encouraged to approach the process with openness, self-compassion, and a willingness to reflect honestly.
8. Respect Time & Energy
Please arrive to live gatherings on time and communicate thoughtfully within shared spaces. This helps maintain the integrity, rhythm, and intimacy of the experience for everyone involved. If you are not able to make a session, please let me know. A recording will be sent.
9. This Is a Space for Reflection — Not Rescue
The Living Room Within is designed as a supportive container for reflection and growth, not emergency support. If you are in crisis or in need of immediate mental health assistance, please seek support from a licensed professional or emergency resource in your area.
10. Commitment & Responsibility
While this space is designed to support meaningful insight and transformation, individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Growth often unfolds differently — and more slowly — than we expect. Participants are encouraged to enter this experience with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to engage with the process over time rather than expecting immediate answers or specific results.
11. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the reflective and time-based nature of this offering, all payments are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to continue, they may retain access to any materials already provided during the active term of the experience unless otherwise noted. Rescheduling requests for private sessions will be accommodated when possible with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer
Group and private 1:1 sessions are intended to provide reflective guidance, thoughtful questioning, and supportive accountability. Sessions are not therapy, consulting, or crisis support, and should not be approached as a guarantee of specific personal, professional, relational, or financial outcomes. The value of this experience depends largely on each participant’s willingness to engage honestly and thoughtfully with the process.
